Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs by ensuring the right mix of models and product types.
• Manage efficient sales forecasting and reservation planning.
• Retain existing customers through regular follow-ups and acquire new prospects.
• Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
• Plan and execute daily sales activities (visits, calls, emails, etc.).
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the Manager.
• Gather and report market intelligence on competitors and clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales-related documentation.
• Comply with company and departmental policies related to sales, documentation, and payments.
• Promote new models and benefits of Outboard Engines & Water Vehicles.
• Develop new fleet prospects for Yamaha products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Keep the Manager informed on bulk deals for additional customer support.
• Add value to every sale by promoting accessories, services, and related products.
• Provide high-level customer service to existing accounts to strengthen long-term B2B relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fleet / B2B sales (marine, automotive, or related industry preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Salary: AED 8,000
