1. Sales Executive – Interior Design

The selected candidate will focus on developing business opportunities and converting potential clients into interior design and fit-out projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Search for new commercial opportunities through networking, cold calls, referrals, research, and site visits.
• Establish connections with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, designers, and property owners.
• Meet prospective clients and understand their project requirements.
• Present interior design, fit-out, flooring, wallcovering, and related solutions.
• Prepare quotations in coordination with estimation and design departments.
• Track enquiries, proposals, and prospective accounts.
• Work toward assigned sales objectives and project conversions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify possibilities for repeat orders and future projects.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Background in interior fit-out, construction, flooring, wallcovering, building materials, or a related sector.
• A valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Good client-handling skills.
• A proactive and target-focused attitude.

Additional Skills That Can Help

Preference may be given to applicants who also have:

• Business development or lead-generation experience.
• Knowledge of the UAE interior design and construction sector.
• Established contacts within the industry.
