Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Proposal Engineer

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Project Manager

• 10 years or more of professional experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• PMP Certification is preferred

Secretary

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

Civil Inspector

• 5 years or more of experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in Infrastructure Water Works projects is required

Mechanical Inspector

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
• Background in Infrastructure Water Works is preferred

Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

• 10 years or more of design experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Structural Designer

• 4 to 8 years of industry experience
• Diploma in Civil Engineering

Estimated Monthly Basic Salary

Although NCO has not officially published salary details, estimated monthly basic salaries for comparable positions in the UAE engineering sector are:

• Proposal Engineer: AED 8,000 – 15,000
• Project Manager: AED 10,000 – 25,000
• Secretary: AED 3,500 – 7,000
• Civil Inspector: AED 6,000 – 12,000
• Mechanical Inspector: AED 7,000 – 12,500
• Senior Mechanical Design Engineer: AED 11,000 – 22,000
• Structural Designer: AED 6,000 – 11,000

Actual compensation may vary depending on qualifications, certifications, technical expertise, and previous project experience. Employees may also receive additional benefits in accordance with company policy.
