Responsibilities:
- Promote hotel room sales and manage client relationships.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Monitor sales trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE (hospitality sector preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- UAE experience is mandatory.
