Requirements

1) Legal Secretary / Executive Secretary

• Degree holder
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in legal or administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

2) Structural Lead

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10–12 years of experience in structural fabrication
• Experience in Offshore, LNG, FLNG, FPSO, or modular construction projects

3) Structural Supervisor

• Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
• 3–4 years of experience in structural fabrication, assembly, erection, and crew supervision

4) Store Assistant

• Graduate or Diploma holder
• 2–4 years of experience in store management
• Knowledge of document control, ERP, material records, and MS Office

5) Electrical Supervisor

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5–8 years of experience in electrical construction, maintenance, and commissioning
• Knowledge of switchgear, motors, transformers, PLCs, and control systems

Essential Requirement

Applicants must meet the following mandatory requirement:

• Previous Modular Building experience is compulsory.

Candidates without relevant modular construction experience are unlikely to be considered for these positions.

Preferred Qualifications

Successful candidates should also possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, project specifications, and international quality standards.
• Experience working on industrial, EPC, fabrication, or modular construction projects.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
