Job Requirements

Civil Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience.
• Strong understanding of site supervision, project execution, and quality standards.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.

MEP Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial or residential projects.
• Knowledge of installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance procedures.

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Candidates should have experience in:

• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Cost estimation and budgeting.
• Cost control throughout project execution.
• Managing variation orders and contract documentation.

Planning Engineer

Applicants should possess:

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.

Estimated Monthly Basic Salary

• Civil Engineer: AED 6,000 – 12,000
• MEP Engineer: AED 6,000 – 14,000
• Quantity Surveyor (QS): AED 5,500 – 11,000
• Planning Engineer: AED 7,000 – 13,500
• HSE Officer: AED 5,500 – 10,000
• Document Controller: AED 2,500 – 7,000

Actual compensation may vary depending on qualifications, project experience, and company policies. Employees may also receive additional benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, end-of-service gratuity, visa sponsorship, and other allowances as per UAE labour regulations.
