Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and moderating Mintlayer’s communities across Twitter (X), Reddit, Telegram, and Discord.
- Engaging with community members by answering questions and encouraging meaningful discussions.
- Developing strategies to increase community growth and user engagement.
- Monitoring social media conversations, industry trends, and customer feedback.
- Working closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Responding to community concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Building a positive online presence and strengthening community relationships.
Job Requirements
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and online community moderation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, or financial technology.
