Candidate Requirements

Applicants should ideally possess:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Good spoken English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.

Estimated Salary (AED)

Depending on the role and experience, estimated monthly salaries may include:

• Waiter: AED 2,200 – 3,500
• Guest Service Agent (FOH): AED 2,800 – 4,500
• Bellman: AED 2,200 – 3,300
• Commis: AED 2,200 – 3,800
• General Technician: AED 3,500 – 5,500
• Room Attendant: AED 2,000 – 3,200
• Housekeeping Supervisor: AED 4,000 – 6,000

Final salary and benefits will depend on qualifications, experience, and company policy.
