- ITI Certificate is mandatory.
- minimum of 3 years of experience working in high-rise towers in Dubai.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in high-rise buildings and FM companies in Dubai.
- PDegree Holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- cancelled visa or visit visa are eligible to apply.
- Immediate availability preferred.
