Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate onboarding
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients
- Create and manage job postings on social media platforms and job portals
- Develop promotional and recruitment videos for company marketing
- Manage candidate follow-ups and documentation
- Maintain recruitment databases and prepare daily reports
- Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements
