1. Call Centre Agents

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints quickly and accurately.
• Provide clear information about services, processes, and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team and follow up until resolved.
• Record every customer interaction accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet quality, call-handling, and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Al Ramsa (Emirati accent) is mandatory.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work in shifts.
• Own visa or sponsor visa preferred.
• Immediate joiners only.
