Job Responsibilities
As a Relationship Officer, your responsibilities may include:
- Promoting banking products and financial solutions to customers.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Understanding customer financial needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking Sales (UAE or home country experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and negotiation
- Good understanding of banking and financial products
- Strong customer service orientation
- Immediate joiners preferred
