Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury or fine dining (Michelin/star-level experience is a plus)
- Expertise in Italian, French, or Mediterranean service styles
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor junior team members
- English fluency is essential; knowledge of Italian, Russian, French, Arabic, or Chinese is highly desirable
- Service intuition – the ability to anticipate guest needs rather than react to them
