Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Professional attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Relevant technical qualifications for engineering and maintenance roles.
Candidates with previous UAE or GCC hotel experience will have an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager
- Oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and motivate the Food & Beverage team.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
F&B Supervisor
- Supervise restaurant and banquet service teams.
- Ensure smooth daily food and beverage operations.
- Assist in staff training and shift coordination.
- Maintain service standards and hygiene compliance.
Housekeeping Supervisor
- Monitor housekeeping operations and room cleanliness.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and daily schedules.
- Conduct room inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain guest satisfaction through efficient service.
Gardener Team Leader
- Supervise landscape maintenance activities.
- Coordinate gardening staff and daily work assignments.
- Ensure outdoor areas remain clean, healthy, and visually appealing.
- Monitor irrigation systems and plant care.
Room Attendant
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, amenities, and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure guest comfort and room cleanliness.
AC Technician
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair air conditioning equipment.
- Maintain engineering records and safety standards.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of hotel cooling systems.
Commis I – Cold
- Prepare cold kitchen items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist senior chefs during food preparation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
