Key Responsibilities:
- Security Supervisor:
- Supervise and support security personnel
- –espond to incidents and ensure compliance with site procedures
- Coordinate with management and train team members
- Prepare reports and maintain discipline on site
- Security Officer:
- –Patrol and monitor assigned areas to deter suspicious activity
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
- Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents
- Conduct routine security checks and follow company procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service
- CCTV Operator:
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems in line with security procedures
- Maintain incident logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with the security team and management
- Handle security incidents and work under pressure
- Flexible to work on varied shifts
- Candidate Requirements:
- Valid SIRA Certification (as per position)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management
- Basic computer knowledge (for CCTV Operators)
- Immediate joiners preferred
