Your Role

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you’ll connect with existing customers and qualified leads to promote premium jewelry products, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver an outstanding buying experience.

This position requires strong communication skills, consultative selling techniques, and the ability to build trust with customers making high-value purchases.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Contact existing customers through outbound calls for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and advertising.
• Recommend products based on customer preferences and personalization options.
• Handle high-value customer interactions professionally and confidently.
• Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to support customer engagement campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations using CRM software.
• Achieve sales targets, conversion goals, and customer retention objectives.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products, marketing strategies, and overall customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal applicant should have:

• Minimum 5 years of outbound sales experience.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, inside sales, or premium customer service.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence handling high-ticket sales transactions with average order values above $1,000.
• Experience using CRM platforms, sales tools, and reporting systems.
• Strong follow-up skills and resilience in outbound sales.
• Good understanding of customer expectations in the USA market.
• GIA or IGI certification will be considered an advantage.
