Basic Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience in the hospitality, café, or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Specialty Coffee experience is required for the Barista position.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE may receive preference.

Estimated Basic Salary

The company has not officially announced salary packages. However, based on current UAE hospitality market standards, candidates can expect approximately:

• Supervisor: AED 4,500 – 7,000 per month
• Waiter / Waitress: AED 2,500 – 4,000 per month
• Barista (Specialty Coffee): AED 3,500 – 5,500 per month
• Runner: AED 2,200 – 3,500 per month
• Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP): AED 3,500 – 5,000 per month
• Chef de Partie (CDP): AED 5,000 – 7,500 per month
• Pastry Commis: AED 2,500 – 4,000 per month
• Hot Commis: AED 2,500 – 4,000 per month

Note: These figures are estimated according to prevailing salary trends in the UAE food and beverage industry. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, and company policies.
