Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for these roles, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Facility Management (FM) operations.
- ITI or Diploma qualification is mandatory for all technician positions.
- Good technical knowledge related to the position applied for.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance according to scheduled work plans.
- Inspecting equipment, identifying faults, and carrying out repairs efficiently.
- Responding quickly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Completing maintenance or cleaning tasks while maintaining company quality standards.
- Following Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures at all times.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records, work reports, and service documentation.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
